Fig.3 Detection of hGPNMB expression on macrophages in PLF of WT C57BL/6 mice and HO hGPNMB mice by FACS. Single cells were isolated from PLF of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (female, 8 weeks old) and homozygous hGPNMB humanized mice (female, 8.6 weeks old), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-hGPNMB and anti-mGPNMB.
