Fig.1 Detection of CXCR5 expression on B cells in blood, spleen and LN of WT BALB/C mice and HO hCXCR5(BALB/C) mice by FACS. hCXCR5 was exclusively detectable in hCXCR5(BALB/C) humanized mice but not in wild-type BALB/C mice. hCXCR5 was exclusively detectable on B cells in hCXCR5(BALB/C) humanized mice, whereas mCXCR5 was exclusively detectable on B cells in wild-type BALB/C mice. Leukocytes were collected from spleen of wild-type BALB/C mice (female, 10 weeks old) and homozygous hCXCR5(BALB/C) humanized mice (female, 10 weeks old), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mCXCR5 and anti-hCXCR5.
