After tamoxifen induction, tdTomato was expressed in the bone, lungs, salivary glands, large intestine, and small intestine. No obvious expression was detected in the brain, eyes, heart, liver, stomach, spinal cord, adrenal glands, kidneys, spleen, reproductive system, muscles, skin, or pituitary gland.
