Tissues with cellular expression after tamoxifen induction include: brain, eye, heart, lung, liver, stomach, adrenal gland, pituitary gland, salivary gland, brown adipose tissue, kidney, large intestine, small intestine, spleen, reproductive system, muscle, skin, pancreas, thymus, dorsal root ganglion, and sciatic nerve.
Cellular leaky expression is also present in the brain, eye, heart, lung, liver, stomach, adrenal gland, pituitary gland, salivary gland, brown adipose tissue, kidney, large intestine, small intestine, spleen, reproductive system, muscle, skin, pancreas, thymus, dorsal root ganglion, and sciatic nerve.
