Lepodisiran did not induce significant changes in body weight of the pAlb-hLPA-Tg(V2) mice. 6-8-week-old, male pAlb-hLPA-Tg(V2) mice were assigned to four groups for saline or Leposiran (n=5 in each group). Following a single subcutaneous dose in each group, (A) body weight and (B) body weight change were measured.
