Fig.1 Detection of ITGA4 expression on monocytes, DCs, NK cells in spleen of WT C57BL/6 mice and HO hITGA4 mice by FACS. Leukocytes were collected from spleen of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (male, 8 weeks old) and homozygous hITGA4 humanized mice (male, 8 weeks old), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mCD49d and anti-hCD49d.
