NM-KO-226267
Strain State
Sperm cryopreservation
Gene Summary
Gene Symbol
Sarm1
Model Description
Validation Data

Fig.1 Detection of Sarm1 expression in cerebellum and frontal lobe by RT-PCR. Cerebellum and frontal lobe RNA was extracted from 9-year-old male wild-type C57BL/6 (WT) (n=2) and 16-year-old female homozygous Sarm1-KO mice (HO) (n=2), then cDNA libraries were synthesized by reverse transcription, followed by PCR with mRNA primers. Mouse Gapdh mRNA (123 bp) was detectable both in wild-type C57BL/6 mice and homozygous Sarm1-KO mice. Mouse Sarm1 mRNA (129 bp) was detectable only in wild-type mice but not in homozygous Sarm1-KO mice.

Fig.2 Detection of Sarm1 expression in cerebellum and frontal lobe by qPCR. Cerebellum and frontal lobe RNA were extracted from 9-year-old male wild-type C57BL/6 (WT) (n=2) and 16-year-old female homozygous Sarm1-KO mice (HO) (n=2), then cDNA libraries were synthesized by reverse transcription, followed by qPCR with mouse Sarm1 and mouse Gapdh primers. Relative expression represents the mouse Sarm1 mRNA level relative to its average expression in WT mice . Mouse Sarm1 mRNA was detectable only in wild-type mice but not in homozygous Sarm1-KO mice.
