Model Description

2A-tdTomato expression cassette was knocked into the Th gene.
Research Application:These mice express tdTomato from the Th locus. TdTomato expression can be detected in the catecholaminergic cells. This strain may be useful for studying dopaminergic cell function, Parkinson's disease, and other neurodegenerative disorders.
