Fig1. Co-localization of tdTomato-positive cells with Clec4f was observed in the livers of Clec4f IRES-Cre-2A-tdTomato/+;Rosa26 tdTomato/+ mice.

Fig2. No colocalization was observed between tdTomato-positive cells and anti-Clec4f staining in the spleens of Clec4f IRES-Cre-2A-tdTomato/+; Rosa26 tdTomato/+ mice.

Fig.3 Detection of tdTomato expression in spleen of WT C57BL/6 mice and Clec4f-IRES-Cre-2A-tdTomato mice by FACS. tdTomato expression was not detected on CD45+ cells in Clec4f-IRES-Cre-2A-tdTomato mice. Leukocytes were collected from wild-type mice (female,9 weeks old) and Clec4f-IRES-Cre-2A-tdTomato mice (male,10 weeks old) .
Abbr. HO, homozygous;WT, wild type.

Fig.4 Detection of tdTomato expression in liver of WT C57BL/6 mice and Clec4f-IRES-Cre-2A-tdTomato mice by FACS. tdTomato expression was detected on CD11b low F4/80+ cells in Clec4f-IRES-Cre-2A-tdTomato mice. Leukocytes were collected from wild-type mice (female,9 weeks old) and Clec4f-IRES-Cre-2A-tdTomato mice (male,10 weeks old) .
Abbr. HO, homozygous;WT, wild type.
