Splenocytes were collected from WT C57BL/6 mice (female, 10 weeks old), HE/HE Aicda-Cre/R26-CAG-LSL-tdTomato mice (female, 13 weeks old), and a WT/HE Aicda-Cre/R26-CAG-LSL-tdTomato mouse (female, 13 weeks old), and analyzed by flow cytometry.
