Tissues expressing tdTomato after tamoxifen induction include: lungs, liver, salivary glands, small intestine, large intestine, spleen, skin, and thymus.
Low expression was observed in the stomach, brown fat, kidneys, and testes. No obvious expression was detected in the brain, eyes, heart, adrenal glands, pituitary gland, muscle, or pancreas.
