Following tamoxifen induction, tdTomato expression was observed in the brain, spinal cord, eyeballs, heart, lungs, liver, stomach, salivary glands, skin, muscle, kidneys, large intestine, small intestine, spleen, pituitary gland, ovaries, thymus, uteruses, and adrenal glands. In the uninduced group, low expression of tdTomato was detected in the lungs, liver, stomach, salivary glands, skin, kidneys, large intestine, small intestine, spleen, pituitary gland, ovaries, thymus, uteruses, and adrenal glands.(80-days old, female) (For more detailed information please contact our technical advisor.)
