Fig.5 Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT) of anti-human F11 antibody in hF11 mice. Compared with the PBS control group, Abelacimab treatment significantly prolonged APTT. At day 7 post-treatment, the degree of APTT prolongation was significantly greater in the high-dose group compared to the low-dose group. The hF11 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=5 per group, 9 weeks old, male). Anti-human F11 antibody Abelacimab or PBS was administered via intravenous injection. Plasma samples for coagulation assessment were collected at pre-treatment (baseline), day 1, and day 7 following treatment. APTT was measured using citrated plasma samples according to standard protocol.
