Fig.1 Detection of Klk6 expression in cerebellum by RT-PCR. Tissue RNA was extracted from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (WT) and homozygous Klk6-KO(2) mice (HO) (n=2, male, 8-10 weeks old), then cDNA libraries were synthesized by reverse transcription, followed by PCR with mRNA primers.
Abbr. M, DNA marker; HO, homozygous; WT, wild type.

Fig.2 Detection of Klk6 expression in cerebellum by qPCR. Tissue RNA was extracted from wild-type C57BL/6 litters (WT) and homozygous Klk6-KO(2) mice (HO) (n=2, male, 8-10 weeks old), then cDNA libraries were synthesized by reverse transcription, followed by qPCR with mouse Klk6 and mouse Gapdh primers. Relative expression represents mouse Klk6 mRNA levels relative to its average expression in WT mice.
