Model Description

The hINHBE (NM-HU-233512) was crossed with hGLP1R(NM-HU-200220) to generate hINHBE/hGLP1R mice.

Validation Data

Fig.1 Detection of INHBE expression in hGLP1R/hINHBE mice by WB. INHBE was detectable in liver from both WT C57BL/6 and HO/HO hGLP1R/hINHBE mice, as the antibody was cross-reactived between human and mouse INHBE/hGLP1R. The liver tissue lysates were collected from 9-week-old male WT C57BL/6 mice and 10-week-old male HO/HO hGLP1R/hINHBE mice, and then analyzed by western blot.

Abbr. HO, homozygous; WT, wild type.

Fig.2 Detection of human GLP-1R expression in hGLP1R/hINHBE mice by IHC. Human GLP-1R was exclusively detectable in pancreatic islets and neurons located in the brainstem and Hypothalamus from HO/HO hGLP1R/hINHBE mice but not in WT mice. Tissues were collected from 9-week-old male WT C57BL/6 mice and 10-week-old male HO/HO hGLP1R/hINHBE mice, then analyzed by IHC. Black arrows indicate positive staining (brown). The scales are same in each image. Magnification, 20X.

Abbr. HO, homozygous; WT, wild type.

Fig.3 Detection of human GLP-1R expression in hGLP1R/hINHBE mice by IHC. Human GLP-1R was exclusively detectable in the kidney, stomach, and the myenteric nervous plexus of the ileum from HO/HO hGLP1R/hINHBE mice but not in WT mice. Tissues were collected from 9-week-old male WT C57BL/6 mice and 10-week-old male HO/HO hGLP1R/hINHBE mice, and then analyzed by IHC. Black arrows indicate positive staining (brown). The scales are same in each image. Magnification, 20X.

Abbr. HO, homozygous; WT, wild type.
