Model Description

Based on Trp53-Flox (NM-CKO-18005), the CAG-LSL-Kozak-Myc*T58A-IRES-Luciferase-WPRE-pA sequence was inserted into the Igs2 locus of mice, resulting in the generation of H11-CAG-LSL-Myc*T58A-IRES-Luciferase-WPRE-pA mice with dual gene modifications of Trp53-Flox.
