Model Description

The hIGF1R(2) (NM-HU-230053) was crossed with hTFR1(NM-HU-215059) to generate hIGF1R(2)/hTFR1 mice.

Validation Data

Fig.1 Detection of hIGF1R expression on CD45- cells in the brain of WT C57BL/6 mice and HO hIGF1R(2)/hTFR1 mice by FACS. hIGF1R was exclusively detectable in the brain of hIGF1R(2)/hTFR1 humanized mice but not in wild-type mice. CD45- cells were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (male, 6-8 weeks old) and homozygous hIGF1R(2)/hTFR1 humanized mice (male, 7 weeks old), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-hCD221.

Abbr. HO, homozygous; WT, wild type.
