Model Description

Interleukin-15 (IL-15) is essential for the activity, function, and differentiation of NK cells. The expression of human IL-15 in the severely immunodeficient NMG mouse background reduces the differences in immune environment between mice and humans, provides a more suitable survival environment for NK cells, and supports the reconstitution, expansion, and long-term expression of NK cells in vivo. In addition, NVG-hIL15 also supports the reconstitution and expansion of γδ T cells, enabling successful reconstitution with a relatively low injection dose of γδ T cells and extending the survival time of T cells.
