Fig.1 Detection of ZMYM3 expression in ZMYM3-KO mice by WB. Mouse ZMYM3 was exclusively detectable in brain and testis from WT C57BL/6 mice with a mouse ZMYM3 antibody. The brain and testis tissue lysates were collected from 6-week-old male wild-type C57BL/6 mice and 6-week-old male homozygous ZMYM3-KO mice, and then analyzed by western blot with anti-ZMYM3 antibody.
