Fig1 体视显微镜检测Krt14-CreERT2+/-; Rosa26 tdTomato+/- 小鼠皮肤（Skin）、舌（Tongue）及食管（Esophagus）中tdTomato的表达。

结果显示：Krt14-CreERT2+/-; Rosa26 tdTomato+/-小鼠经Tamoxifen诱导后，皮肤（Skin）、舌（Tongue）及食管（Esophagus）中有tdTomato的表达（A组），表达类型符合预期。B组为Krt14-CreERT2+/-; Rosa26 tdTomato+/- 未经Tamoxifen诱导组；C组为Rosa26 tdTomato+/-对照组小鼠。

Fig2 共聚焦荧光显微镜检测Krt14-CreERT2+/-; Rosa26 tdTomato+/- 小鼠皮肤（Skin）、舌（Tongue）及食管（Esophagus）中tdTomato的表达。

结果显示： Krt14-CreERT2+/-; Rosa26 tdTomato+/-小鼠经Tamoxifen诱导后，皮肤（Skin）、舌（Tongue）及食管（Esophagus）中有tdTomato的表达（A组），其中皮肤和舌中表达较强，且主要表达在角化上皮。B组为Krt14-CreERT2+/-; Rosa26 tdTomato+/- 未经Tamoxifen诱导组；C组为Rosa26 tdTomato+/-对照组小鼠。
